Shipping

 

Shipping policy:

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently only ship to the Continental US.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

 If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@beachsquad.com with your name and order number, and we will look into the problem and contact you with a solution.

 

 


Returns Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

 

If you experience any problems with your order, you are able return the product for store credit. 

Returns are accepted within 5 business days after the delivery confirmation date.

 

Complete the return form and you will receive an email (within 5 business days) containing the return shipping label.

Please pack the product nicely, and print and attach the shipping label securely. Then ship the package through your local UPS shipping store.

 

All shipping charges incurred from the product return will be deducted from the customers store credit.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@beachsquad.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
